Amy Winehouse has beat off competition from Britney Spears and Cameron Diaz to be named the celebrity with the worst skin.

Amy has been awarded the titled by British shoppers after regularly being pictured with a scabby complexion.In March, the singer was reportedly diagnosed with the infectious skin disease impetigo, a contagious bacterial skin infection that causes blistering and itchy rash.

Other stars who aren't ready for their close-up include Victoria Beckham, who scoops second place in the survey, carried out by U.K. chemist Superdrug.

Cameron Diaz came in third place, followed by former glamour model Katie Price – known for her heavy make-up - in fourth place.The top five was rounded up by former junk food fiend Britney Spears.

At the other end of the scale, TV presenter Myleen Klass was voted the celebrity believed to have the best skin. Welsh actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, 38, came second, while Australian singer Kylie Minogue, 40, took third place in the poll.
